How to Stretch Strudel Dough

Quite a few people requested a strudel recipe in my baking book. The next question though, always is: “How do you make a strudel”? This video is about how to knead and stretch strudel dough. Filling and rolling the dough into a strudel will be demonstrated in my next video. Stay tuned.
